Is there anything better than a warm, chocolaty brownie as a decadent treat? These delicious and simple keto brownies are from my cookbook Simply Keto, and I know you’re going to love them! Did I mention they have chocolate chips in them, too?

These brownies uses ingredients that you probably already have on hand. They require just 10 minutes of prep, and 30-40 minutes of cook time. They are quick and easy to make, and just as delicious as a traditional brownie. And you won’t any of those extra calories, carbs, or sugar found in a traditional brownie.

Start by preheating the oven to 325°F. Spray an 8-inch square baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.

In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients and whisk to blend. Next, add the cream cheese, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla. Mix until well blended. Fold in the chocolate chips.

Pour the batter evenly into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool. You can dust the keto brownies with sweetener, if desired, then cut into 2-inch squares.

Serve these warm and moist brownies as is or top them with whipped cream or a scoop of sugar-free vanilla ice cream for an extra indulgent treat.

I bought this book and started my Keto lifestyle journey. Suzanne’s personal story resonated with me, and I found her Keto instructions to be very clear. I was surprised to discover it is a beautiful recipe book with full color pictures of each recipe. The recipes are AMAZING. After about a week on her Keto plan, I was missing bread, so I made the Blueberry Mug Muffin and it totally satisfied my craving. I feel confident I can stick with this lifestyle, thanks to Suzanne and “Simply Keto.” Thanks!

Absolute best keto brownie recipe. I used what I had on hand (which happened to be Trim Healthy Mama’s Baking Blend and Gentle Sweet) and, WOWZA! I had to fight off my keto bf from eating all of these in one night. They have the texture and taste of “real” brownies. Yummo.

Hey there, depending on what type you have, just make sure you do the conversion because swerve measures cup for cup like regular sugar.

Delicious. However, mine are coming out crumbly and a little dry and I followed the recipe. Any suggestions on what I could be doing wrong?

Should I refrigerate these brownies?? Also do you believe these along with the chocolate chip cookies make it around the world to a Naval ship??

Hey there. I personally wouldn’t ship fresh baked items, unless it was overnight. Even with overnight shipping you would likely need ice packs for refrigeration. You can store the brownies on the counter, or if you’d like them to last longer than feel free to keep them in the fridge!

Excellent brownies. I cooked them for only 25 minutes, until a toothpick came out clean. That’s a trick with brownies that my daughter taught me. The less you cook them, the fudgier they get. Thank you so much for helping me through my Keto journey.
